Short version: this website doesn't ask for or store your personal information. Payments are handled by Whop, and the community lives on Discord, and each of them has its own privacy policy.

1. What this website collects

The ParkemTrey website has no sign-up forms, user accounts, ads or tracking scripts, and it doesn't set cookies. We don't collect your name, email or payment details through this site.

Like any website, the hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the site secure and running.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's Privacy Policy.

2. Purchases (Whop)

When you buy a product, checkout happens on Whop. Whop collects and processes your name, email, payment details and purchase information, and shares with us what we need to deliver your access, such as your email, username and what you bought. 3. Discord community

When you join the ParkemTrey Discord, Discord handles your account data. Messages you post in the server are visible to other members and staff. If you share a win or testimonial, we may ask to feature it on the website. See Discord's Privacy Policy.

4. How we use information

We use the information we receive only to deliver and support what you bought, manage Discord access and roles, answer support requests, prevent fraud and content sharing, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell your personal information.

5. Third-party sites

The website links to outside services, including TradingView, prop firms and other partners, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.

6. Testimonials

Testimonials on the website are shared by community members. If you'd like yours removed, contact us and we'll take it down.

7. Children

The Services are not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you from your purchase or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or payment reasons. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us to make a request.
