Refund Policy

Effective September 24, 2026

Short version: all sales are final. Because access to the mentorship, Discord and indicators is delivered right after purchase, we don't offer refunds. If you were charged twice or never got access, contact us and we'll fix it.

1. All sales are final

All ParkemTrey products are digital and delivered instantly. This includes the Mentorship, the Mentorship + Indicator bundle and the Indicators V1 + V2. Once your purchase is complete, you get immediate access to private content, the Discord community and/or the indicators. For that reason, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including partial refunds and refunds for unused time or features.

Please read the product description, the FAQ and our Terms of Service before buying. If you have questions about whether a product is right for you, ask us in the Discord first.

2. Exceptions

We will fix the problem or refund the charge in these cases:

Duplicate charge: you were accidentally charged more than once for the same product.
No access delivered: you paid but never received access, and we can't resolve it within 7 days of you contacting us.

Report either issue within 14 days of the charge.

3. What isn't covered

Trading losses, failed prop-firm evaluations or not reaching your trading goals. Results are never guaranteed.
Changing your mind, not having time to use the product, or buying the wrong plan.
Removal from the community for breaking the Terms of Service, such as sharing or reselling content.
Purchases made through partner and affiliate links (prop firms, tools). Those are governed by each partner's own refund policy.

4. How to get help

Join the ParkemTrey Discord at https://discord.gg/33tqrcXnJW and open a support ticket, or message a moderator. Include the email used at checkout, the product you bought and the date of purchase. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider, since most access problems can be fixed quickly.

5. Payments through Whop

Checkout and payment processing are handled by Whop. When a refund is approved under Section 2, it is issued through Whop to your original payment method, and access to the product and Discord roles is removed. Processing times depend on Whop and your bank.

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us results in immediate removal of access to all ParkemTrey products and the Discord community. We may provide proof of purchase and access to the payment processor.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
